Rate Information

Room rates are per room, per night, for a maximum of two persons and include taxes.

Payment Policy

In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50% via credit card is required prior to guests arrival. The remaining 50% of the stay is to be paid upon check-out. Amenities are to be paid on the day of departure.

The payment for special offer bookings is not refundable in the event of any amendment or cancellation.

Any additional charges due to Hotel Troiz from the guest for services shall be paid by the guest on presentation of an invoice.

All enhancements are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Any cancellations or amendments to enhancements have to be finalised no later than 12pm (local time) 7 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds or amendments can be made following this time.

All walk in and same day booking guests must provide photographic identification on arrival regardless of their nationality.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept cheques of any kind.

Hotel Troiz’s Smoke-free Policy

Hotel Troiz operates a 100% No Smoking Policy throughout all public areas including all suites, the outdoor terraces, the garden and pool area. There are no designated areas for smoking throughout the property.

Hotel Troiz is committed to providing its guests and staff with a smoke-free environment. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you — so you can experience the healthy difference.

The hotel makes no exception to the violation of its Smoke-free Policy. Should any hotel staff detect smoking odours in suites or any part of the hotel, the guest will be asked to leave the premises and a 500€ specialist cleaning service charge will be imposed.

Check in Policy

If the suite/room is not vacated by this time, the guest will be subjected to the charges of an additional night’s stay. If the suite/room is booked for the subsequent night by another guest, the hotel reserves the right to remove all your belongings from the room and will not be held responsible for any missing items.

Guest who check in after 20:00h should notify the hotel as the hotel reception closes at 20:00h. By guiving advance notice the hotel will make the relevant arrangements and ensure a smooth check in.

Cancellation Policy

Special Offers

Any cancellations made incurs a penalty charge of 100% of the total cost of the stay.

Standard Bookings

Any cancellations made incurs a penalty charge of 50% of the total cost of the stay with a minimum charge of one night.

No show on the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the total stay.

For reservations with multiple rooms, the cancellation policy applies to each room.

Please also note all cancellations must be made in writing by email. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. Cancellations have to be acknowledged and are accepted by the Hotel only when you receive a cancellation confirmation number from the Hotel. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of delivery. The cancellation confirmation number must be used in any future dealings with Hotel Troiz.

Alcohol Policy  

Due to the wine cellars that are present in the suites, the hotel does not have any children facilities and cannot accept children under the age of 14 years and babies in arms. Refunds will not be made for such bookings at the time of check-in.

Liability of Hotel Troiz

Hotel Troiz shall have no liability to the guests for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any instructions supplied by the guest which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the guest.

Hotel Troiz will not be held responsible for wireless connection security. Please ensure your firewall software is active.

Hotel Troiz does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site.

Hotel Troiz does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with Hotel Troiz’s web site or for any products or services purchased from Hotel Troiz’s web site.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.

Personal information collected from you is used to fulfil your request for services or to send you confirmation details and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans.

Hotel Troiz does not modify, copy, distribute, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal file information.

Hotel Troiz will delete from its systems all details held about you which are no longer necessary and endeavour to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful use.

Guest Responsibilities

Pets are not allowed on the Hotel’s premises.

It is the hotel’s policy that all guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Duty Manager, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest’s actions, the Police may be called in at the hotel’s discretion or guests may be asked to leave the hotel without any refund.

The guest is responsible for the behaviour of his or her visitors at Hotel Troiz and in particular for the orderly conduct of visitors making use of the services and facilities of the Hotel. The guest must ensure that no noise or nuisance is caused either for Hotel Troiz or its other guests. The guest must comply with any reasonable request of Hotel Troiz and with any policies of Hotel Troiz as may apply to the Services from time to time.

Unregistered Extra Guest

Visitors of guests are allowed on the Hotel’s premises daily between 10am and 8pm. The guest is to adhere to these visiting hours and escort their visitors at all times on the hotel’s premises.

Unregistered extra guest. No more than 2 adults are allowed to stay at any room/suite at Hotel Troiz. All guests are required to register on arrival at the hotel. Registered guests are prohibited from allowing non-registered guests from staying in their rooms beyond 8pm. Any additional unregistered guest found in a guest room between 8pm and 10am will incur a penalty charge of 100 Euros per person. Such fees will be added to the relevant registered guest account, for payment prior to departure.

Hotel Safety & Hygiene

Guests are not permitted to bring in the following into their rooms/suites:

Restricted Access

Guest security is a priority at Hotel Troiz. Access to the hotel is restricted to only registered guests of the hotel and it’s staff. Hotel Troiz embraces its surroundings and outdoor areas and for that reason, all suites and guest areas have openings that lead out into the gardens. For that reason, the gardens have to be secure and access restricted to Hotel guests who can enjoy the freedom to come and go as they please. All other visitors have to be accompanied at all times, either by guests or staff of the hotel.

Photography & Filming

Photography or filming are not permitted in public areas of the hotel. Commercial photography or images including trade marks or trade names require the prior consent of Hotel Troiz.

Hotel Property

Damage of property. Hotel Troiz reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of the guest or their visitors to the hotel’s property or structure.

Removal of property. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the hotel’s premises by them or their visitors without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.

Tampering with fire detection systems and fire fighting equipment. The Hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered/ interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or their visitors found to have tampered with such equipment will be charges any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel without any refund.

Loss of Room Keys and access card

Room keys, access cards and pebble key chains must be returned to the reception desk upon check-out.

Any guests who loses or damages their room key (including pebble key chain) or access card by any means will incur a penalty charge of 100 Euros.

Telephone Calls

Local calls are free. However, the payment for international calls and to mobile phones is added to the guest’s bill according to the price list.

Mini-Bar & Wine cellar

The mini-bar and wine cellar in hotel rooms/suites are for the indulgence and convenience of our guests. Any item consumed, removed or opened (even though not consumed) will be charged according to the price list displayed in your room/suite. Any items removed will be replaced daily and any additional items may be requested for simply by calling the reception desk.

Car Park

Hotel guests may park their cars free of charge in their designated lot. However, cars are left at the owner’s own risk. The hotel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. If a vehicle is left in the hotel car park for more than 8 hours after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

Hotel Troiz guarantees that it will not use your personal data in order to get profit and will not sell it to any third party.
